Established in 2018 with a paid-in registered capital of 16 million RMB, our company has experienced several years of healthy development. We have improved the reliability of our products and standardized and perfected our services. Our automatic flare ignition products are now technologically advanced, stable in performance, highly reliable, long-lasting, and cost-effective. Our services have formed a timely, high-quality, and standardized service system. Our main business scope includes the research, development, and sales of: biogas flares, tower flares, ground flares, offshore platform flares, high-reliability igniters, energy-saving flare lamps, high-voltage generators, high-energy generators, automatic flare ignition control systems, and related accessories.
In 2012, we successfully developed a high-voltage arc-type high-altitude igniter specifically for flares, increasing the reliability of flare ignition devices by more than ten times and extending the cumulative lifespan of electric ignition components from a few hours with semiconductor high-energy ignition to tens of thousands of hours. Based on this, we developed a fully automatic flare ignition device. In 2013, the company achieved successful flare extinguishing while ensuring the flare's safety and reliability. Research and development efforts were focused on relatively weak components, employing the Jacob elevator discharge principle to extend the lifespan of the ignition electrodes, resulting in a cumulative discharge lifespan exceeding 8000 hours. Simultaneously, ultraviolet flame detection technology was applied to the flare, increasing the lifespan of the flame detection section by tens of times and reducing the response time to below 0.2 seconds (adjustable). Thermal gas flow detection technology and pressure transmitters were also used in the flare system, significantly improving the stability, accuracy, and reliability of automatic flare ignition.
The company adopted fire-resistant and water-resistant high-voltage cables, successfully overcoming the shortcomings of bare-mounted fire-resistant high-voltage lines in high-voltage arc ignition flares, such as poor safety, fragility of quartz insulators, and susceptibility to strong winds and icing. This greatly improved the reliability of high-voltage power transmission for ignition.
